How to join a Toastmasters club

DSC_1279 copyOnce you’ve decided Seattle Sunrise Toastmasters is the perfect club for you, there are just a few steps to become a member:

  1. Attend a meeting – Before the meeting starts, the VP Membership will provide you with a guest kit containing a Toastmasters Membership Application and a Photo Release Form.
  2. Complete application – The VP Membership can answer any questions you have when filling out the  Toastmasters Membership Application.
  3. Submit application & payment – Dues are payable by check (made to Seattle Sunrise), cash or on Cash App as follows:
    1. Open the Cash App mobile app.
    2. Enter the amount you want to send:( see schedule below)
    3. Tap “Pay.”
    4. Enter the “$Cashtag”: $seasuntm
    5. Enter what you are sending the payment for: March 2024 Dues
    6. Tap “Pay.” Please contact our Treasurer with questions or requests for alternative payment methods.
  4.   If you join in a different month, your dues are pro-rated.  The table below shows the cost to join by calendar month.  Any club officer can help you to calculate the cost to join.
