8:00 – 8:20-Members arrive to the room and test their audio and video settings.
8:20- 8:23–The Sergeant at Arms explains Zoom Etiquette.
8:23 – 8:27–The President calls the meeting to order, welcomes guests, and introduces the Toastmaster who will lead the day’s meeting.
8:32 – 8:39–The first speaker for the meeting gives a speech from the Pathways educational program.
8:39 – 8:41–2 mins member evaluation to speaker.
8:43 – 8:50–The second speaker for the meeting gives a speech from the Pathways educational program.
8:50 – 8:52–2 mins member evaluation to speaker.
8:53 – 9:00–The third speaker for the meeting gives a speech from the Pathways educational program.
9:00 – 9:02–2 mins member evaluation to speaker.
9:04 – 9:10–The Table Topics Master leads an extemporaneous speaking exercise. Guests are invited to participate.
9:10- 9:19–Each evaluator delivers an oral evaluation of a speaker’s presentation.
9:19 – 9:24–The timer and the grammarian provide their reports.
9:24 – 9:29–The General Evaluator evaluates the evaluators, Table Topics Master, and the whole meeting.
9:29 – 9:32–The Toastmaster deliver closing remarks.
9:32 – 9:35–The VPE review and assigned roles for next meeting, ask for guest feedback and ask for announcements.
9:35 – 9:45— Club president updates, club photo and meeting adjournment
