Chris presented a speech for the last story standing event, about a kayak that turned over and kept him 14 minute in the water.
Isabella talked about Procrastination and how it is emotional avoidance, not laziness. She mentioned in her introduction that we delay tasks to escape anxiety, and that we overcome it by lowering barriers, practicing self-forgiveness, and choosing “done” over “perfect.”
Our third speaker was Harsheeta, with a speech titled “The Control Illusion”.
Asif was the table topic master of the day and had different level of difficulty for the questions, which were related to the theme of the day, we had a guest in the meeting who said yes to giving an extemporaneous speech.
